1. The user manual has been updated; you can access the latest version.
2. If the rear camera is not working, please check the installation. This is likely due to improper installation. Ensure that the rear camera lens and video cable are fully inserted, and that the connection between the device and the rear camera port is secure.
3. If you need a 24-hour power cable, please select a package that includes one (look for the “24H” label in the product images and descriptions).
4. Please connect the dashcam to the vehicle’s power supply. The device operates on 12V–24V, 2A. The car charger included in the package meets industry standards; please use it. None of our dashcams can operate for extended periods without a vehicle power source (due to high summer temperatures, lithium batteries in vehicles cannot handle excessive loads; we appreciate your understanding).

Q;Are there adhesive kits for glass?

A: yes，We include a 3M adhesive mount that is heat-resistant, stays in place, and leaves no residue. You may also remove the adhesive film and replace it with your preferred adhesive.

Installation Diagram

3.Rear camera if you need reverse camera function please connect the red wire, the red wire connects to the power supply of the reverse light behind the car.

4.All car recorders need to be connected to the power supply to use, please understand the small battery safety design of the recorder. The battery of electrical appliances in the car is not allowed to be installed too large.

To protect your privacy, the TF card needs to be formatted for the first time. There are two solutions:1. Insert the TF card correctly into the dash cam, open the camera settings, find the storage card format, confirm that the formatting is complete, and then restart the camera to use.2.Connect to the mobile application, search for settings in the mobile application, format the memory card, confirm formatting is complete, and then restart the camera to use it.
