press left+right buttons together for about 10 seconds untill the red light flashing first time,then you can lose your hand.do not hold it too long,or it can not pair well even it shows

solution:
use a computer mouse to work with it,clink right button exit the remote pairing interface and enter the UI,clink settings -- device perference -- reset. factory reset.
it will restart itself after factory reset, then you can pair the remote again.
