Q2：Is the subscription a one-time payment or monthly renewal?

It is periodic package payment. Once activated, you can access all functions including real-time location, track history and alarm alerts. No extra traffic charge during the subscription period, warranty and customer service are valid all the time.

Q3：What benefits are included in the lifetime warranty?

Free repair or replacement is offered for hardware malfunctions caused by non-human damage, buyers only need to cover the shipping fee. Within the valid subscription period, free technical debugging, APP binding setup and signal optimization are available. Our 24/7 customer service team is ready to resolve all device usage issues.
